One Voice Nashville builds bridges and closes gaps by valuing all voices through storytelling and narrative journalism. Through One Voice Nashville programs, curriculum, and workshops, students and community members are empowered to find that human connection that exists in every story.
For this edition of "Transmission," One Voice Nashville founder Mary Margaret Randall is joined by Daniel Westbrooks of Impact Youth Outreach, a youth development and mentoring program servicing disadvantaged, at-risk youth in the Nashville community. Together, they discuss their recent work with youth in the juvenile justice system, and read some of their students' writing.
